This small, family business creates American-style whiskey, moonshine, and flavored vodka. Baldwin Distilling Company works with many local farmers, using fresh, all-natural ingredients in every bottle.
Baldwin Distilling Company’s main business in American-style whiskey. Their Premium Whiskey is made from corn, malted barely and rye. The Premium Caramel Whiskey is made corn and a unique Australian Malted Barley, adding sweet caramel notes to the whiskey. They also make a Whiskey and Cola mixed drink, made with homemade cola!
Some of their other products include Apple Pie Moonshine, Peach Moonshine, and Honey Moonshine. All of the moonshines are made from real ingredients! For example, the Apple Pie Moonshine is made by cooking apples, cinnamon sticks, and brown sugar, then infusing that with the corn mash. The rest of their products are made in the same fashion, moonshine and real ingredients - it doesn’t get much better than that!
