Chicago
Chicago, the Windy City, is one of the US midwest’s finest city’s! It is home to many neighborhoods, providing a very unique and rich culture. You can’t leave Chicago without indulging in a Chicago-style Deep Dish Pizza, enjoying local beer from breweries like Goose Island, and gazing up at the iconic Willis Tower (we will always know it as the Sears Tower).

CTW Must See
The Chicago Riverwalk is a pedestrian walk along the waterfront. It follows the river from Lake Michigan into the depths of the city center, providing remarkable views of the buildings towering above. The Riverwalk is just over a mile in length and is lined with bars and restaurants! And, every year on St. Patrick’s Day, The Chicago River is dyed green with vegetable dye in celebration.

Another thing you can’t miss is Millennium Park. The park is over 24 acres and connects some of the Chi-Town’s biggest attractions, like Harris Theater, Wrigley Square, and Cloud Gate. Cloud Gate, or The Bean, is a huge stainless steel, reflective sculpture that attracts millions of visitors every year! After visiting Millennium Park, make your way to the top of Willis Tower, which is one of the tallest buildings in the country. From the top, you can see the whole city and you’ll find a fantastic vantage point overlooking Lake Michigan!

The food varies within each neighborhood, as does the overall atmosphere. Explore Chinatown, Little Italy, Lincoln Park, or Pilsen and take in another perspective and way of living! If you visit during the summer months, be sure take part in one of the many festivals on, or in the winter, bundle up and enjoy the Christmas Markets, ice skating, and more! And, no matter when you visit, you can eat your way around the city, as Chicago is well-known for delicious eateries!
