Chinese Garden of Friendship

Sydney, Australia

Sydney is Australia’s largest city. It is home to the world’s largest natural harbor and many iconic Australian landmarks. If you’re looking for a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of Sydney, then visit the Chinese Garden of Friendship located near Darling Harbour.

The Garden officially opened in 1988 as part of Sydney’s Bicentennial Celebrations to symbolize the close Bond Australia and China have developed.

The Garden is an oasis, filled with rock formations, wildlife, waterfalls, bamboo plants, willow trees, a multitude of flora and fauna, a series of pavilions, a tea house offering traditional Chinese Tea. Keep an eye out for local wildlife as you walk around the garden!
