Dominique Ansel, owner of Dominique Ansel Bakery, is an innovative French pastry chef who has brought a whole new level of baking to New York’s sweet treats. The original NYC location has been open since 2001 and the brand has expanded worldwide.

Dominique Ansel is the creator of 'The Cronut', a hybrid between a donut and a croissant. Every month the bakery releases a new flavor; they have yet to repeat a flavor! The Cronut was such a hit that it inspired pastry chefs all over the world.

Some of the other specialities you’ll find at Dominique Ansel Bakery include the Frozen S’more, a delectable ice-cream covered, slightly toasted honey marshmallow; Blossoming Hot Chocolate, a hot chocolate topped with a marshmallow flower that blossoms when placed into the chocolate; and the Chocolate Chip Cookie Shot, a cookie shaped into a shot glass and filled with vanilla bean milk.
