Granville Island Brewing

Vancouver, Canada

British Columbia is booming with distilleries and breweries. From craft to larger productions, there is certainly no shortage of delicious drinks! Granville Island Brewing, on Vancouver’s Granville Island, is Canada’s first microbrewery!

In 1984, Granville Island Brewing’s mission was simple, create craft, locally brewed beer. The brewery is also a Bullfrog powered brewery; it uses clean, green electricity and natural gas!

Some of their brews include a honey lager, a cream ale, raspberry ale, IPAs, and a seasonal small-batch series.

Tours of the brewery take place three to four times a day and run by a first-come, first-served basis. Whether you choose to take a tour or not, you can sit down in the open brewery with a pint of your favorite Granville Island brew.
